‘24-’25 Regular Season Wrap-up

Congratulations to the Staples Boys Basketball team for finishing out the 2024-25 season with the most regular season wins in school history (17-3). The Wreckers wrapped up their historical campaign by beating Ridgefield, undefeated in FCIAC play, with a final score of 81-69.

Next up is the FCIAC playoffs where #2 Staples will take on #7 Wilton in the quarterfinals on Saturday, February 22. The Wreckers have knocked out Wilton in the first round of the FCIACs the past two seasons.

The CIAC State tournament will begin on March 1. Full details on Postseason play can be found HERE.
